Wagon type 5918 (IV-thermos) - is designed for the transportation of various perishable goods that require protection from atmospheric precipitation and sudden changes in temperature, with the exception of fresh vegetables and fruits. Maintaining the temperature of the cargo in the required range along the route is ensured by thermal insulation of the cargo room and carrying out the load of thermal energy of the cargo during loading.
